Today we celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 74 years of innovation, commitment, and passion!
It was on October 19, 1950 in Suzzara when Edi Bondioli and Guido Pavesi began our Story, made of dreams, vision, and dedication, leading us to become an international reference point in power transmission.
In nearly three-quarters of a century, we have grown and transformed to face numerous challenges with the same pioneering and courageous spirit of those early days.
Day by day, we have become one big Family, where people, ideas, and technology come together to weave a bright future with threads of enthusiasm, hope, and participation.

Today Edi Bondioli passed away, following a short illness and now we feel more lonely.
In 1950, at just 21, he founded our company in Suzzara with his partner Guido Pavesi. Under his leadership, Bondioli & Pavesi has become a Group of 1,700 employees, 14 production plants and 13 commercial branches worldwide.
