Il sistema modulare ByWire
Il Sistema modulare ByWire si compone di una vasta gamma di elementi standard che, opportunamente assemblati, consentono di ottenere la logica di funzionamento richiesta, permettendo così di realizzare i circuiti idraulici più complessi.
Il sistema ByWire offre soluzioni con azionamenti elettrici proporzionali ed on-off, con circuito parallelo o tandem.
Il sistema può avere elementi pre compensati o flow sharing adatti per lavorare in circuiti con pompa fissa o variabile.
Nel sistema ByWire tutti gli scambi e tutte le compensazioni sono realizzate nel corpo.
Gli elementi sono ottimizzati al fine di offrire delle sezioni di passaggio più grandi rispetto ai sistemi realizzati in cartuccia a parità di ingombro esterno.
Questo consente di limitare le perdite di carico con conseguente risparmio energetico.
ByWire è configurabile secondo le specifiche esigenze di circuito sulla base di diverse piattaforme.
- Piattaforma OC: Consente la messa in pressione del circuito attraverso comando ON-OFF e offre la possibilità di integrare moduli di taglia diversa, anche a controllo proporzionale.
- Piattaforma LS: Il controllo Load Sensing migliora le prestazioni del sistema valvola-pompa riducendo le dissipazioni energetiche perché la portata viene regolata in base alle reali necessità di ogni funzione. La piattaforma LS può essere configurata sia con pompe a portata variabile sia con pompe a portata fissa.
- Piattaforma HL: Attraverso un sistema di controllo idraulico/elettronico, la piattaforma HL ottimizza il comportamento del segnale Load Sensing su ogni funzione secondo una logica programmata. Il sistema garantisce l’utilizzo della minima potenza necessaria per ciascuna funzione.
- Piattaforma EL: L’intero controllo di regolazioni e compensazioni avviene elettronicamente. I sensori presenti nel sistema rilevano la necessità di ogni singola funzione idraulica della macchina che viene gestita con rapidità e precisione. Massime prestazioni in termini di sicurezza e di ottimizzazione dell’impianto.

  • Happy 25th anniversary B&P Poland

    Yesterday was a very special day for our colleagues from Bondioli & Pavesi Poland. Our Polish branch celebrated its first 25 years since the foundation in Słupsk, in April 1994.

  • Electronic control units SMAT55 e SMAT69

    The SMAT55 and SMAT69 electronic units (respectively single and dual micro-controller) are designed to manage proportional solenoids using a PWM and ON/OFF signal in compliance with ISO 13849-1 and ISO 25119 standards.
